Couple Retreat FAQ
- Will there be child-minding services?
Unfortunately, we do not provide child-minding services. We encourage couples to make the necessary arrangements and will be able to assist in arranging for an extra connecting room for your stay. - Can I request for an extra room?
Yes! If you require an extra room, you may request one at an additional cost. We will do our best to arrange a connecting room where possible, but please note that this will be subject to room availability and the hotel’s discretion. - Can I cancel/refund my registration?
We encourage you to register only when you’re able to commit to the programme, as cancellations and refunds will not be allowed once registration is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding! - Can I pay in instalments?
Yes you can! Pay an upfront 50% deposit to register, and pay the rest by end of October. Do note that there are no refunds once you make the payment. - Will there be transportation provided?
Transportation to and from Amari Hotel, Johor Bahru will not be provided. Couples are kindly asked to make their own travel arrangements and arrive at the hotel by the start of the programme. - Who are the trainers for the workshop?
Transportation to and from Amari Hotel, Johor Bahru will not be provided. Our trainers are Mdm Siti ‘Adilah Abu Bakar, Mdm Roslinda M Solihin, Ustazah Dr Noraini Abdul Wahab and Mdm Hanisah Maskon. We will also have a discussion panel at the end of the retreat with Ustaz Md Nuzhan Abdul Halim. - What can I expect during the workshops?
Couples can expect 6 practical mini-workshops in a warm, welcoming and pressure-free environment. During the workshops, couples can look forward to interactive activities, private conversations and couple reflections. - Can I get the itinerary for the Couple Retreat?
Details, including the itinerary will be sent to those who register. Do keep an eye out for the email from us from 15 October onwards! - Who should attend the Couple Retreat?
